Journal Entry 10: Ivy or not Ivy? That is the question!

That was a interesting video, i believe what he is trying to suggest and imply is that those who have a heart in doing something can succeed. The amount of passion and time that you spent reflects your position in the soceity. As he said, the people that have the potential to get into good schools can do just as fine as those who choose not to go to those schools but had the admission. I believe it still makes a difference, while this proofs a point that different people hacve different motivation on their subject. Those who succeeded probably are the ones that are actually involve in their work, the people that graduated are the ones that spent their times, love their work, and polish or stands out in what they believe in. The people that dropped out are the ones that had no patience or skills in what the ones suceeded. Sure, you can say that they don't really need to pay good money for a good college then. However, i believe that some people got famous through the good colleges. By the connections and the worldwide possibilities of their famous college to have a much diverse and interesting connections. Those that chooses to go to normal average colleges must have a distinct potential to allow them to succeed as those who went into the good colleges.
