god dam, there's lots of things in life that seems unfair but to some extent it has to be unfair. For example, a person's talent might be unfair. the family you're born into may let you fell really unfair as to why r u like this. Other situations can also make you feel unfair but you just have to deal with it because shit happens.
Like for me, last week i got locked out of school when i didnt hear the lock out policy by Pamela and I happened to came in to school when Pamela was in great fury. Shit happens, and its not fair for me since i got locked out and other people dont get lock out. So? she didnt give a crap about me getting locked out.
Anyway, for some reason, life is unfair. Different people have diffrent field of speciality and i guess one could just get so much help from other people. That's say you can swim well, sosmeone can't swim needs a life jacket. YOu migh say that its not fair they get a life jacket, but i bet at some point in life, they will have something better than you or know something better than you and you will need help. THen they get to say that's not fair.
Besides, who cares if they can use a life jacket. You can swim like a fish while they have to float on the water around and around not being able to just jump down and enjoy the water.

Journal 22: Late Policy
Hahahahahah i lovew this journal post man, this gotta be your best journal out of year till now lol, espacially after that long discussion we had.
Starting with me personal, i totally missed out on that rampage in the morning and came in late. When i came in the school, Pamela was completely done and i guess just happened to pass by the talking machine with Sue answering it. Sue told Pamela that it was me and i just got yelled at over at the answer machine that im not allowed to come in to school. I was late for 15 minutes and Pamela exaggerated my late time to freaking 9:45 and said i dont even need to come to school. I have no first class, its a free period. Look at the freaking dorm students like Nagayama, he freaking wakes up at 9:30 since he don't have first period like i do.
Then i got block out from the school competely where i miss the anouncement, and that she said this whole policy starts after winter break. Your are not allowed, repeat, ALLOWED to freaking lock students outside of the school simply for being late. you want good productive learning? Then freaking let me in so i could learn! You locked me out, which costs me all my participation points and the fury of parents and even possibly then blow that could go up to the court. Why suffer all this? I kinda feel like Pamela is f**king up our school and reputation as a student when we were promised to be let in to top noch colleges. The WASC thing is making all the good teachers to leave the school, you're making empty promises to alot of people and your monarchy is making everyone miserable. You said integrity, from what i'm looking at and all the rumors going outside of school from past students and my friends outside in the other schools, our school is becoming a joke. We have tons of bad reputation that is flowing everywhere now and i mean seriously, if you can't cure this whole up and let the students or teacher less miserable, something bad will happen to you.
I heard a crap load of bad stuff about Pamela, and by simply the part where you are yelling at students day after night and day after night is something that lots of people could use against you.
Back to the topic of the new policy. We freaking had this policy before last year, if failed miserably, why are we doing this again? Seriously, WHY??? You want to promote better learning and you lock the students out to about 15 minutes to even 30 minutes max outside of their classrooms. A teacher from the office is suppose to walk around the school and take down the names of the peopel locked outside and send them back in. We paid all this money and you got us Veracross. Why dont you just let the teachers to do the work of putting in the names and let students go in? First of all, that's a waste of our time and the office's time. Second, the office people are freaking busy most of the time, Frank don't even have time to take us out swimming some of the time because of the load of the work you have given him. Sherry is on the phone all the time and from one of the expierence i JUST faced and saw from today's preformance of the FIRST day of the policy, it failed miserably again. Sherry is on the phone unable to go help out with the other students and Sue had to do it. Which took about 20 to 15 minutes until the kids could go in. Then comes the next issue where you will lock students outside of school for being late. I talked about that on the previous paragraph, i believe i don't have to stress me as the first Victim of this stupid rule. However, Jeff was also the victim of this stupid rule. He had a doctor's prescription for christ sake and you still blocked him out? A doctor's prescription is probably a legetimate and legal document that is definitely fit o bring the student back into the school. YOu unreasonable reason and exuse to Jeff was that you overslept and you want to use the doctor to shut me up. you had this speech with Jeff AGAIN on, "you can lie to yourself, you can lie to your parents, you can lie to me, but you can't lie to me!" it doesn't make sense at all, and legal, plus proven documents of a doctor is definitely something that cannot be faked and i'm sured definitely cannont be used to lie to someone.
This locking out of school policy is totally usless and hopeless as a human being. What's more? i bet you that the next kid that gets blocked out of school where the parents spend an hour driving him down here and went to work had to drive down here again and picked there kids back home. THink about the parents that would be furious with this policy. You're lucky that my mom doesn't care much about me being banished out of school for a day, since she knows im like a coachroach and can live of to any situation. My mom thought its a bit stupid but she's not concern about what would happen to me. I can protect myself. What about some of the other parents out there that are all careful and worried about their child? I guarantee they will freaking rip your balls off (boobs if you dont have balls) for having their kids wandering off at the streets where its raining cats and dogs out there. Helpless, poor, alone, and full of stuff, the kids will be wondering, hmm, where shoulde i go? The parents send the kids off to school for protection outside, not to let them to be kicked out and wander around here and there. The next kid that happens something like this will cry to their parentss about it. The parents will scream at the PTA meeting about it and more parents might receive the complaint from their kids and they will be mad. They will be young and wild and rage into Pamela's office and ask for a change and apology from the school. WOW, imagine that, seeing Julius's dad coming into office or Benson's mom or some other people's prents storming in. Hell girl, you're in a shit load of mess, and i mean. S.H.I.T.L.O.A.D.O.F.M.E.S.S. R.I.P girl, who knows if the school will crash and burn to the ground and we all have to transfer to some place else? maybe you sell gum? i don't know what would happen.
Why go through all this trouble for a little problem that is caused by the little tiny liches in the school? Spray the insect killer at the termites rather than throw a freaking naplam strike at the whole forest. You know what would happen if you throw that napalm strike at the forest? the whole forest will come in flames and the enviromentalists (parents) will be biting you butt in the end. The flames will suck you up and you will have nowhere to hide, nowhere to run, no one to cry to, and no one to scream at anymore. So why go through all this crap just for a little useless policy and get your butt on fire? Get it out of the way dude, you're playing with fire here. I can tell you that you're already burnt by fire quite alot of times, stop playing it or u'll get burn AGAIN. Probably get youself on fire too. In conclusion, this whole policy is shit, you reaction to me was of tremendous stupidity, and you should stop. For the sake of the school, for the sake of the teachers and students (if you actually care about them) stop all this nonsense and go have a drink. Cool yourself down and let all of the teachers and other people have a break on this college app and essay stuff or the shouting. Journal Entry 14: Your Influence
No, i dont believe that a influence could go both away. Most of the time one little action by someone or a unexpected situation could be the influential moment of a person to another. Such example is for me, the daily life of my friend have become a influenntial view for me that i thought was extremely innovating. It opened a different route to me for what i could do.
That small thing that they do could cause change someone greatly and they dont even know about it. Since they dont even know about it, how would you influence them?
ANother example for not being influence both away is like the situation of younger and older people. THey difference of it is that the older kids wouldn't pay attention to what the little kids do while the younger kids would close attention at what is it that the older kids are doing. The older kid's actions culd cause trendous effect on the little kids while the older kids wouldn't care about the actions of ones that are smaller than them.
A double influence could probably only happen at the situation of two best friends. The two BFFs can have effects on both of them since they spend their time togetehr and they pay close attention to one another. That way, the actions might go both ways.

Journal 16: EMERGENCY!
I did not go through any emergency before i guess. I think emergecy reactions is something that a person have to go over or expierence it alot of times. Through all the past expierence, they learn to be calm and able to handle the stress and fear that will be coming at them at harsh times of a emergency. Since i have never been in a situation of emergency besides being screamed at by Pamela or something, i would definitely panic and asked what should i do.
I would freeze up first and theen react to what might happen. Since running around in circles won't solve anything, then tahts basically useless. Peopl that run around screaming are the one at the brink of emotional outburst of collapse.

Course you can have equipments and life saving things when a earthquake comes, but what suffers most is what you feel when the earthquake happens. My subject was Victor. WHen i started this oral history review thing, he was totally energetic about his person. He talked to me all about the teacher in Eaton and how she turned him into this enviromentalist. Starting from who is this teacher, the story continues on to the little tales in his early school years of how she changed him.
She taught him the difference between mean and strict and being enviromentally friendly. He also told me that she taught him the importance of reading. She was the one rare person that he met that reads as much as he does. Her room was jsut filled with books all over the place.
VIctor also learned alot from the wierd facts that she told them at random times. Facts such as how heavy is a whale's tongue and all the thing a tree can do.
The tale of Victor's influential person just go on and on and on that i dont even know where to stop him. It seems that he really likes her and hope to go back to Eaton in the summer to revisit her.
If i have more time for this oral history project, i might just do a extra poster or something. I really dont have much idea on how to improve this assignment beside a presentationa dn poster. I mean, im not going to write a essay on all of their influence and life right?

Journal 21: Helping the Reader
When a reader reads something, they are expecting something new that is not what they created. When a writer writes something, his writing down the things that he have in his mind. He can visualize the things that he is writing and sometime could miss out on important elements of the writing or unclear parts of the writing that he is doing.
Often times when the work of the writer is finished, he would read it and thought it is perfect. However, when a reader reads it, they would go "Huh?" and say this doesnt make sense. The reader doesnt have the visual and clear idea of what a writer is trying to express therefore they could be easily mistaken of what is it that the writer is trying to say and show.
Writers should stand back, take a rest to let your mind go blank and reevaluate their work as if they have no idea of what the original idea behind the work means. The writer could ask someone else to reread the thing to him and see what's wrong or simply take a long break from the writing and continue it next day for its revision. By doing so, i believe the writer could get a clear idea on what is it that his trying to say and and even clearer, better, and cleaner version of the writing could be made.

Journal 20: Effective Anecdotes
My influential person that i wrote about for the essay that im about to turn in and the one i have on my presentation is two different people. THe one i have for this scene is Turtle monster. I imagine the scene of this film where his working his butt off for the upcoming exhibition and competition that he is about to face. He is going to submit his work against hundreds of other artists around the world.
THe camera starts with his figure slowly appearing. We view him from the sdie where his small room is completely filled with paint and paper. He uses his wall as the table for his paintings. His room is covered with drawings, he sweats as he work with his little turtles, expressively showing his strokes toward his artworks.
The screen switches to what his painting, like a combination of all the time that he is working on the painting into one altogether 1 work. Where you see the process of the painting slowly coming to form. His face with sweat while his eyes glow with passion for what he wants and what he believes in. Then comes the scene of his past shows and personal sell at small markets. He rented his own little place and put up his own little shop for three weeks. Sitting there from day to night waiting for people to buy his things and look upon his artworks.
